SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are dependent on freight option, weight of the parcel and destination country, actual shipping costs are clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order.

Shipping costs apply, unless otherwise stated. Costs may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Morning Mess Therapy does not collect any VAT, import duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. This is a fee levied and collected by your local government. For more information regarding additional fees levied by your local government, we suggest that you contact your local DHL office or local customs office.

Orders placed by customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees. The tariffs and duties vary depending on the destination country. For more information regarding additional fees levied by your local government, we suggest that you contact your local customs office.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the within 2 business days. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.

Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info, along with the info of an estimated delivery date, via email. You should receive your order 2-5 business days thereafter depending on the service selected and your location. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.

Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (2-5 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Morning Mess Therapy’s, and its courier's control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Shipping to the United States All orders placed from the US are subject to longer process time due to regulations outside the EU. Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Shipping costs are displayed and the customer is responsible for, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes once the package reaches the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time Delivery to the United States normally takes 7–14 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Morning Mess Therapy is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Ship to Different Address As a customer you are also able to fill out a different delivery address than your invoice address in the checkout process choosing "Ship to different address". Note that the alternative delivery address must be in the same currency/country as your invoice address. 

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. You can follow the delivery of your order using the tracking information provided. All orders are shipped with tracked carriers.

Note that it may take up to 2 business days from order placement before the tracking-ID is activated. If you experience that the tracking-ID does not work, or have not received one, please contact our customer service.

Do you ship to my country? Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, at this time, our courier service is unable to deliver to: Burma – MM, Central African Republic – CF, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea – GQ, Falklands, Guinea Bissau – GW, Iran – IR, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Korea, North (North Korea), Mayotte Island, Myanmar – MM, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone – SL, Solomon Islands, Somalia – SO, St. Helena (S. Atlantic), Sudan – SD, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Republic of – TM, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, Yemen, Republic of - YE Additionally, there may be additional regions, countries, or cities that our courier service are unable to deliver to. Do you ship to a P.O. Box? Unfortunately, our courier is not able to deliver to: P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO).

I haven’t received my package yet – what do I do? If you have received your tracking-ID, we urge you to directly contact your local currier and we will support at our best capacity.

Uncollected parcels from pick-up points Uncollected parcels that are returned from the carrier’s pickup point will be charged a return shipping fee (20€/25$/20£ depending on the country)

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Can I change my order?

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. In this situation, we suggest you contact us and cancel the incorrect order. Thereafter, we recommend you to place a new order on our website, with the correct item(s), at your own convenience.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly on our system, usually because the package has already been shipped, you will need to return the order and create a new one with the correct address. Morning Mess Therapy is not responsible for any delay, or missing, delivery due to a faulty provided address or late change request by the customer.

Can I add products to a placed order?

Unfortunately we can not add products to an existing order, instead we recommend that you place a new order. Please contact our customer service for related inquiries.

How do I cancel my order?

During periods where we experience higher volumes on our site (during our SALE, for example) we can’t cancel any orders. We work hard to have your order shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible. You can of course send your order back to us, but we will charge all our customers a return fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. When the order has been returned and processed at our warehouse you will receive your refund.

Order Cancellation Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed and prepared for shipment.

Lost Shipments If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer care team so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

If an order was submitted, verified, and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via email. If you have not received an order confirmation sent via email, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you. It is possible that your order was unsuccessful. Additionally, it could also be possible that the e-mail address submitted by you was incorrect or that the email has ended up in an alternative folder in your email.

What happens to my order in the event that an incorrect stock was displayed during the time of my order?

We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
